Come cut and design your own flower arrangements
Our Story
I didn’t realize my grandmother and I had the same passion of collecting flower seeds until after she passed, and my aunt asked if I would want my grandmother’s seeds she had collected and saved from years past. I collect all the seeds from my blooms to plant the following year. So of course, I said absolutely! My grandmother separated her seeds by flower type, color and labeled with the date she collected them. I started spreading her seeds the spring after she passed, and the most amazing blooms grew! I continued to collect seeds from those blooms, and I now have so many seeds that I can plant entire field of her flowers. I'm excited to tell you that this year I am planting an entire field of my grandmother’s flowers and officially starting my own Pick Your Own Flower Business. My husband graciously gave up 2 acres of his crop land for me to start this business adventure. I am excited and nervous as this will be my first year planting a full field to share with my family, friends, and community! More to come as my new adventure begins Summer 2024!
Our Vision/Mission
When you come to pick and cut your flowers, my wish is that as you explore this beautiful, quiet, peaceful sanctuary, far away from the hustle and bustle of the day to day life, you feel your tensions fall away. I actually hope all that visit feel a bit whimsical and wild, like the imperfect garden they come from. Because like all flower gardens they are imperfect, whimsical, wild and beautiful all at the same time!
I would love to host a few private events, such as date nights, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties and ladies nights. Then incorporate food, drink, music, and make and take your own wildflower bouquets into each event.
I want this beautiful place to become a must stop for family and friends to gather and have fun. I want your experience to be memorable and hope you want to come back to make more memories year after year.
If you don’t like flowers, please just come to see the sunset on one of the evenings we are open. You won’t regret it! I say we have the best sunsets here on planet earth. (but honestly, who doesn’t like flowers)
Most of all, I want you to know these flowers are a gift from nature and I am so excited to share their beauty with you all.
